We will always give our best, to give you the apartment that you chose while booking.

Nevertheless it can sometimes happen, that we provide you with another - equivalent - apartment, to ensure the best utilization for our small hotel.

As a guarantee we need your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard). You can provide them by email or telephone. Please note our refund conditions. Payment is possible by credit card or in cash.

Cancelation conditions of Finca Raims:

if the booking is cancelled between 40 and 31 days before arrival, 25% of the full costs will be charged.  

If the booking is cancelled between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the full cost will be charged.

If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the full cost will be charged.

Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased at any travel agency or at www.travelsecure.de.
